09 Apr MICHAEL JACKSON’S ESTATE ATTORNEYS TELL HIS ACCUSERS TO “BEAT IT”
Michael Jackson’s Estate is involved in another lawsuit. Four siblings of the Cascio family have sued Jackson’s estate alleging he was a child sex predator who raped, drugged and sexually assaulted them at Neverland over ten years starting when they were as young as seven years old. They claim Jackson had code phrases such as time to “go to Disneyland” before a session of sexual abuse after giving them “Jesus Juice” (wine) and “Disney Juice” (hard liquor) to make them more compliant.

Previously the Estate and the Cascio family members had a secret settlement agreement whereby the family was paid $16 million over 5 years. Those payments stopped in 2025. The family previously defended Jackson publicly and attested to his innocence including on the Oprah Winfrey show in 2010. Jackson died more than 15 years ago on June 25, 2009. When another agreement was not reached, the four Cascio siblings sued. An attorney for Jackson’s Estate issued a statement that the suit was a “desperate money grab” and a “transparent forum-shopping tactic in their scheme to obtain millions of dollars from Michael’s estate”. The attorney was using the term “forum-shopping” since an arbitration agreement was required and agreed upon with a state court and the new lawsuit is in a federal court. The arbitration agreement required resolving disputes outside the courtroom.
The lawsuit coincides with the opening on April 23, 2026 of the movie “Michael”. The movie chronicled a portion of his life, but it stopped short of times when allegations of his sexual abuse became public.
Representatives for the movie stated that a prior lawsuit settlement prevented the movie from delving into the molestation allegations.
Michael Jackson’s large estate is a continuous target of lawsuits. His daughter, Paris Jackson, presently is in a battle with the Estate’s executors for financial mismanagement, excessive fees and self-serving bonus payments.
Even though Michael Jackson’s legacy should be tainted as a possible predator, his lyrics from his song entitled “Money” may have accurately depicted the Cascio family by the words:
“If you show me the cash
Then I will take it
If you tell me to cry
Then I will fakie it…
Would lie for you
Would die for you
You do anything for money”.
