From Highway 75 north you take the Forest Lane exit and go West on Forest to the first stop light (Park Central). Take a right at Park Central (Medical City Hospital will be on your right). Go to Merit drive (at the traffic light) and turn right. You will see the emergency room sign for Medical City Hospital on your right and a covered Dart bus stop on your left – that is where you turn in to our parking lot. We are in Two Forest Plaza which is directly behind the emergency room of Medical City Hospital and our address is: 12201 Merit Drive, Suite 230, Dallas, Texas 75251. At the top of Two Forest Plaza there are signs for New York Life and LaMadeline.
